We are pleased to announce a hybrid conference on queer food and drink to be held in Montréal, Québec, Canada from May 1-3, 2026. This conference will bring together scholars, activists, artists, journalists, farmers, chefs, and other food industry professionals.
The conference will include a mixture of panels, roundtables, and workshops. Topics will include but are not limited to: LGBTQIA2S+ cookbooks, farming and land movements, bars, cafes, drinks, potlucks, food advertising, restaurant management, catering, brewing, food writing, health, care, community building, and more.
